Texts are charged at £3.00 each plus the standard message rate.

Please ask bill payers permission.Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a "roaming" basis addition costs to the operators standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.
The charge (to text the word ‘’NOW’’ to 60155) is £3.00 per message received.

In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to:suite 3,number 5 kings gardens,hove,bn3,2pe It is our aim to investigate any complaint within seven working day's (Monday - Friday excluding UK Public Holidays) you may enter for free which closes on 5th october by post by sending your phone number,please also include a self stamped address envelope to recieve confirmation.and send to the above address.

We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g.
PhonePayplus or REGTEL.
